Are you scared of eating FATS? Whhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy? That long why, with extra y's states that how disappointed I am that people are actually scared of Fats. I just love eating Good Fats. Yes. Your read that right. Over the years we have learnt and heard and read a lot about Fats. However this article will change your views about Fats forever. I complete maximum of my daily calorie intake with Fats in a majority. Fats range from 40-60 percent of my daily intake of calories. Nothing compares to the simple pleasure of a bike ride- JFK

  Bicycle Diaries       Let us check this out first. This is my best after 20 days of cycling and I am proud to share this with you. Just a start by 25kms a day.   Amidst the lock down from the March of this year, I finally started running from 20 th June. I started running 2kms a day and eventually I gained stamina to do more and more. As of now in the month of August, I proudly share that I run up to 8-10kms a day in co-ordination with my work-out schedule. After a month of running, I realized I should get a bicycle to keep me motivated and relive my childhood memories again. I wanted to go to places.   Proteins   Proteins are the macro-nutrient that is very essential for our muscles. They are formed by amino acids and are categorized in essential, non-essential and conditionally essential amino acids. Both plant and animal proteins have 20 amino acids in common. 1gm of proteins gives you 4kcal. Now, apart from all the jargon that I have used, we will now check how any why proteins play an important part of our food nutrient. One has heard a lot of controversial statements regarding Carbs and Fats . However proteins still remain untouched and goes on performing at their best to make sure our body stays healthy and performs at the best. How does Proteins help us? Not one nor two.
